Then I entered the new 2FA code and same problem now occurs: stuck at “We’re signing you in to your account” (but now in my System language instead of english since I’ve deleted config files). I entered a stale one and it did complain (so it does have a connection).

After entering email and password it asked for the confirmation code sent to e-mail (2FA). You will need to download the latest BIOS files from your computer manufacturer or the motherboard manufacturer's website.After I deleted almost all configuration I could find in AppData, it asked me for login credentials. Updating the BIOS on the computer may resolve this issue. If the launcher looks like below you may need to adjust your display scale and layout.

In the right panel, scroll down to look for and click on Graphics settings.Right-click on your desktop, and click on Display settings.If you're using a Windows laptop, you may be able to resolve this by forcing the launcher to use your onboard graphics card. Restart your computer and start the Epic Games Launcher.Click the webcache folder, and then delete it.
